Deliver service excellence to clients by building and promoting a values-based culture within the team, supported by effective and consistent systems and processes
Maximize efficiency and profitability through continuous improvement projects and optimized portfolio allocations
Grow the business by developing opportunities with potential clients, collaborating with the business development team on pitches and plans, and ensuring retention of existing accounts.
Manage and execute brand promotions, track and report on performance of promotional campaigns and initiatives
Assist with website content maintenance
Monitor industry trends and share the latest digital insights & advances in digital marketing with the team, measure and provide insight on the performance of digital campaigns
Employment requirements
Completion of the highest level of education;
Previous marketing experience is required;
Advanced skills with digital marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc)
Candidate will work closely with the Business Development Officer, to assist with services lines, help desk, service technicians, applications development, web, networking, enterprise applications, and cloud.
